Individual therapy is all about YOUR needs.

This is the time to be selfish in a space where the only person at the center is you.

If you’re like most of the women I work with, you may feel a little uncomfortable with taking up space. I get that. But that is how we start. It’s your time, and I want you to make the most of it.

We’ll develop an individualized plan to tackle whatever you want to explore or work on, and you’ll get back in tune with yourself – body, mind, and spirit.

So… how do we get started?

Following your free 15-minute phone consultation, you’ll get a link to some paperwork. You’ll review my practice policies, tell me more about yourself, and assess your current functioning.

Once that’s complete, we’ll confirm our first session. You can start wherever feels most relevant to you, and I’ll follow up with questions when appropriate.

The goal of the first three or four sessions is to build a solid working relationship and help you recognize what’s been helpful and what’s no longer working.

I know that asking for help is hard.
